Clark Fork River: Spring around the first of April and fall through October; Bitterroot River: Hatches start in March and continue through April; Blackfoot River: Salmonfly and Golden Stone hatches occur in late June or early July; Rock Creek: Skwala hatch happens in April and is fishable until November.
